[Hiring] Workday Recruiting Principal Consultant @Precision Task Group

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Workday Recruiting Consultant to support the implementation, ongoing configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday Recruiting module. This consultant will partner with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to enhance recruiting workflows, troubleshoot issues, configure business processes, and develop reports and dashboards that improve hiring efficiency and visibility. The role includes supporting system enhancements, testing, release readiness, and best practice recommendations to ensure the recruiting platform remains effective, scalable, and aligned with organizational hiring goals.

• Lead workstreams for Phase 1 deployments in Workday HCM space (primarily in Recruiting)
• Lead Optimization projects to help clients realize the full potential of Workday
• Conduct health checks for clients that are already live on Workday, resulting in helping to define a roadmap for Workday optimization
• Serve as Subject Master Expert for Workday Recruiting engagements in accordance with your areas of expertise
• Guide, communicate and educate our clients on Workday capabilities and limitations including new release management
• Provide solutions on the fly and demonstrate the ability to think strategically

Qualifications

• Active Workday Recruiting Certification
• At least 3 years of experience working in Workday Recruiting configurations
• At least 1 year of experience serving as a workstream lead on HCM Recruiting implementations or optimization engagements, from design to deployment
• Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Visio and PowerPoint, with at least 2 years' experience creating advanced Excel models (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
