[Hiring] Wellness and Personal Development Consultant @StanMindsetmomentum

Role Description

Are you a wellness professional who feels ready to apply your experience in a more flexible, values-aligned way? If you value meaningful conversations, thoughtful work and greater freedom in how you structure your time, this opportunity may resonate.

You may come from a background in wellness coaching, nutrition-focused practice, counselling, learning and development or other client-centred roles or even a business owner where you have supported people toward healthier, more balanced lives. You are now seeking work that offers flexibility, purpose and alignment with your evolving priorities.

We collaborate with a global personal development organisation delivering premium online education programs and live virtual events. Using structured digital systems and guided tools, you will introduce individuals to personal development programs and support them as they work toward meaningful personal and professional outcomes.

This is a performance-oriented role with clearly defined expectations and outcome-based remuneration.

Qualifications

• Professionals with experience in wellness, health, education, coaching, counselling, fitness, learning and development, client service roles or business owner
• Clear communicators comfortable with Zoom or Teams, diary management and CRM systems
• Self-directed individuals who value professionalism, structure and values-aligned work

Requirements

• You require visa sponsorship or are currently studying full time
• You are seeking fixed hourly or salaried employment rather than outcome-based work

Benefits

• Fully remote work with genuine flexibility around location and schedule
• Outcome-based remuneration supported by clear, established systems
• Step-by-step onboarding, training and ongoing professional resources
• No cold calling and no high-pressure sales
• Access to global learning content and live virtual events
