Role Description

Using structured digital systems and guided tools, you will introduce people to personal development programs and support them in achieving meaningful results. • Connect with people interested in wellness, personal and professional growth
• Share structured online learning programs and resources
• Use simple digital tools to follow up and track outcomes in the CRM
• Work independently with onboarding and ongoing support
• Create consistent results through focus, clarity and purposeful action

Qualifications

• Backgrounds in wellness coaching, yoga/Pilates, nutrition, fitness, counseling, occupational health, L&D or client services
• Clear communicators confident with Zoom/Teams, calendar management and CRM
• Self-directed, organized professionals who value meaningful work

Requirements
