[Hiring] Website Manager @BASIC Studios

Role Description

• Ensures the security of our online platform. Duties include:
• Monitor the website for outages, performance problems, or technical errors
• Check and update WordPress plugins to maintain security and compatibility
• Review and respond to comments when moderation is required
• Monitor the forum system for spam or inappropriate activity once the forum launches
• Assist with uploading and formatting blog posts using Elementor
• Maintain page layouts, menus, and site navigation structure
• Create or update website pages when new projects or sections are introduced
• Ensure pages display correctly across desktop and mobile devices
• Maintain visual consistency with BASIC Studios branding and design standards
• Coordinate with writers and leadership when site structure changes affect content

Qualifications

• You will receive task assignments and guidance from our leadership team weekly or biweekly, based on your personal preference.
• We ask our volunteers to provide approximately five to ten hours of their time per week while maintaining consistent communication.
