[Hiring] Web Production Specialist @8am

Role Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Web Production Specialist to support the execution and delivery of web experiences across multiple brands. This role is responsible for helping bring marketing initiatives to life on the website—working closely with content, product marketing, PR, and partnerships teams to ensure pages are built efficiently, accurately, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key role in managing workflows, coordinating across teams, and ensuring all web updates are properly QA’d before going live.

This role is hired through an Employer of Record (EOR) partner in the Czech Republic.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in web production, digital marketing, or project coordination
• Experience working with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, Contentful, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management tools like Asana, Jira, or Monday.com
• Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation

Requirements

• Experience supporting web production, including building, updating, and publishing pages within a CMS
• Ability to execute web requests across cross-functional teams (content, product marketing, PR, partnerships) with strong attention to detail
• Working knowledge of web best practices, including page structure, UX, basic SEO (metadata, headers), and accessibility standards
• Proven ability to conduct thorough QA, ensuring accuracy across content, formatting, links, functionality, and mobile responsiveness
• Strong project coordination skills, with experience managing workflows in tools like Asana and keeping multiple requests moving simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders, clarify requirements, and provide clear updates on timelines and priorities
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of requests with speed and precision
• Proactive problem solver who can identify blockers, coordinate solutions, and step in to keep projects on track
• Interest in improving processes, with the ability to help standardize workflows, templates, and QA practices to support scalability
