Role Description

The Jonus Group is seeking a Washington Workers Compensation Claims professional to join one of our valued clients' dynamic and growing team. As a key member of their Claims department, you will be responsible for managing Workers Comp Claims in Washington and building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring timely and fair resolution for all parties involved.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster handling Washington Indemnity claims
• WA Adjuster's license
• Knowledge of Washington state workers' compensation laws, regulations, and industry practices
• Proficient in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Requirements

• Evaluate and process Washington workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Conduct thorough investigations to determine the validity of claims
• Collaborate with medical professionals, legal teams, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information
• Communicate effectively with claimants, employers, and insurance providers to provide updates and address inquiries
• Negotiate settlements and manage litigation when necessary
• Stay abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in workers' compensation
