[Hiring] WACE Chemistry Curriculum Specialist @Education Perfect
Apr 01, 2025 - Education Perfect is hiring a remote WACE Chemistry Curriculum Specialist. 💸 Salary: $1000 aud for project completion. 📍Location: Australia.
Role Description
This position will require the successful candidate to:
- Carefully examine each EP lesson and align it to the appropriate content descriptor from the new curriculum
- Rearrange the existing content into a new folder structure that matches the new curriculum
- Assess the percentage coverage for each content descriptor
- Recommend any adaptations to existing lessons and/or identify any new lessons that may need to be built due to changes in the curriculum
Please note: This role does not include the creation of any content.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work, using the suite of Google Applications (Docs and Sheets). You will have the freedom to manage your time and work independently.
The work is expected to take approximately 20 hours to complete (in total) and must be delivered within 4 weeks of the agreed start date. The successful applicant will be required for a further 2 weeks to apply feedback and address any questions. Payment for this project is $1000 AUD.
Qualifications
- Minimum FIVE (5) years of experience teaching WACE Chemistry in Western Australia using the ATAR syllabus
- Experience in analysing curriculum documents and content resources
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets
- Ability to work independently and to a strict timeline
- Experience using Education Perfect in the classroom is preferred
