Role Description

Are you an ambitious fresh graduate or early-career professional looking for a "Real World MBA"? We are not looking for a standard Virtual Assistant. We are looking for a future leader. We are hiring a Management Trainee to join the Executive Office. This is a high-intensity mentorship program designed to take a smart, hungry individual from an entry-level Personal Assistant role to a Chief of Staff position within 4-5 years.

The "Shadow" Program:

• You will not just be "working"; you will be learning.
• We have built a proprietary Operations Academy (LMS/Moodle) that you will complete alongside your daily work.
• You will learn project management, business communications, and executive strategy directly from the Founder.

Your Career Trajectory:

• Phase 1 (Year 0-1): The Foundation. You act as the Personal Assistant. You master the Founder’s calendar, handle logistics, manage travel, and optimize their personal life. You learn the business by observing it.
• Phase 2 (Year 2-3): The Associate. You graduate to Executive Assistant. You handle client communications, manage vendors, and oversee inbox management.
• Phase 3 (Year 4+): The Executive. You transition to Chief of Staff. You lead meetings, manage junior staff, and help run the company.

What You Will Do Day-to-Day (Phase 1):

• Calendar & Life Management: Ensuring the Founder’s day runs perfectly smoothly.
• The "Academy": Spending dedicated hours per week in our internal training course.
• Research & Data: Preparing briefs for meetings and researching competitors.
• Administrative Operations: Managing files, booking appointments, and handling ad-hoc requests.

Note: You must be willing to do the "small work" perfectly to earn the trust to do the "big work."

Qualifications

• Fresh Grads to 3 Years Experience: You are hungry to learn and eager to prove yourself.
• Top-Tier Communication: Your written and spoken English is impeccable.
• High Agency: You figure things out. If you don’t know how to use a tool, you watch a tutorial and master it.
• Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and learning new AI tools.
• Thick Skin: You want honest feedback and mentorship, not just a paycheck.
