[Hiring] Virtual Assistant – Buyer Transition & Transaction Coordinator @Six Bricks

Role Description

This role involves supporting a top-producing U.S. real estate team as a Transaction Coordinator (VA). You will manage backend processes to allow agents to focus on clients.

• Work with the long-standing coordinator (3+ years) to provide extra support and off-hours coverage
• Manage client transitions from contract → close → post-close
• Process contracts within an hour
• Ensure all Georgia contracts and timelines are correct
• Keep everything on track in Lofty, Sisu, and Dotloop
• Communicate updates and send reminders to agents and clients

Qualifications

• Experience with Georgia real estate contracts (required)
• Proficiency in Lofty, Sisu, Dotloop
• Organized, responsive, and a true team player
• Comfortable collaborating and finishing tasks before handoffs
• Reliable internet + professional remote setup
• Must be available Wed–Sun, 4:00–9:00 AM PHT
