[Hiring] Virtual Assistant @Summersong

Role Description

We're looking for a proactive and organized Virtual Assistant with at least 2 years of experience supporting social media operations. You'll help manage day to day content execution, engage with online communities, and keep our social channels organized and running smoothly.

• Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other platforms
• Create and format captions based on provided content
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor engagement and flag opportunities or issues
• Assist with content planning and maintaining a content calendar
• Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content creators
• Research social media trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
• Organize digital assets including photos, videos, and graphics
• Track basic social media analytics and prepare weekly reports
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Social Media Assistant
• Experience managing business social media accounts
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Self motivated and able to work independently
• Experience using tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
• Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Reliable high speed internet and a quiet workspace

Requirements

• Basic graphic design skills in Canva
• Basic video editing using CapCut or similar tools
• Experience with influencer outreach
• Experience using Notion, Asana, ClickUp, or Trello
• Customer service experience
