Role Description

This is a remote position.

Outreach Virtual Assistant

Initial Hours: 10 hours/week

Location: Remote

Engagement: Part-time initially, with potential for increased hours/responsibilities based on performance.

The VA will be responsible for using our internal AI-powered outreach system to book meetings for me and all our clients.

• Learn and understand how our internal system works.
• Log into our platform and manage outreach activities through the dashboard.
• Use AI-generated videos and AI-generated audio messages to communicate with leads.
• Handle conversations and replies using our preconfigured system.
• Manage follow-ups and send calendar links to book meetings.
• Book meetings for me and our clients directly through the dashboard.
• Monitor conversations and meeting bookings.
• Use the system we provide without needing to develop outreach strategies or create campaigns from scratch.

Important: We provide the entire system, including the workflows, scripts, AI videos, AI audio, and campaign setup. The VA's primary responsibility is execution and meeting booking, not strategy.

Requirements

• Our internal AI outreach dashboard: The primary platform for managing all activities.
• LinkedIn: Access to the LinkedIn accounts connected to our dashboard.
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator: Potentially required for lead management and prospecting.
• Email: To receive notifications about booked meetings and relevant operational updates.

We will provide the necessary tools, accounts, workflows, and training.

Compensation

• Minimum hours required to start: Flexible, depending on the initial workload.
• The VA will receive a fixed hourly payment.
• Performance-based compensation according to the number of meetings booked for me and my clients.
• This incentive structure rewards productivity and aligns the VA's compensation with the primary objective of generating meetings.

Schedule

• Preferred time zone: U.S. time zones, ideally.
• Location preference: Philippines is suitable.
• Schedule: Flexible, provided the VA can connect to the platform at least twice per day.
• Ideally, the VA will work during evening hours in the Philippines, approximately 8 p.m. to 12 p.m. Philippine time, or another schedule that allows consistent daily access.
• The most important requirement is to check the platform regularly, manage incoming conversations, and ensure that leads are followed up with promptly.

As soon as possible.

Additional/Nice-to-Have Opportunity

• Daniel mentioned an additional possibility involving a female VA with an established LinkedIn profile that may potentially be used for outreach.
• This is not a requirement for the position and should not be treated as a condition of employment.
• If a qualified female candidate is interested and has an appropriate LinkedIn presence, this can be discussed separately with the client during the interview.

Recruitment note: I would keep this out of the primary candidate-selection criteria and avoid making gender or personal-profile access a requirement. The core hiring criteria should remain experience, capability, communication, reliability, and fit for the role.
