Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Virtual Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in our outreach and internal coordination efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conduct outbound B2B cold calls in a professional manner
• Present our services and identify potential collaboration opportunities
• Maintain and update client data and call logs in the CRM system
• Schedule and coordinate meetings for internal teams and management
• Collaborate closely with managers and other departments to support daily operations

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Previous experience in cold calling, sales, or virtual assistance is preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and remotely
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
