Role Description

We are looking for a Bilingual Virtual Assistant to support a US-based client on a full-time, remote basis. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working directly with US teams and clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
• Handle email correspondence and prioritize inbox communications
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups
• Prepare reports, documents, and presentations as needed
• Coordinate with internal team members and external contacts
• Assist with data entry, research, and other ad hoc tasks

Qualifications

• Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2 level or higher)
• Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and project management platforms (Asana, Trello, Monday, or similar)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
• Availability to work full-time during US business hours

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting US clients directly
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
• Experience with social media management or basic content creation (Canva)
