Role Description

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely. As a Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including:

• Managing ecommerce store(s)
• Managing support/chat/email/phone calls
• Outbound reach
• Collaboration arrangements
• Managing inventory
• Managing social media accounts
• Managing day-to-day operations
• Managing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks/goals
• Responding to emails and phone calls
• Scheduling meetings
• Booking travel and accommodations
• Managing a contact list
• Preparing customer spreadsheets and keeping online records
• Organizing managers’ calendars
• Performing market research
• Creating presentations, as assigned
• Addressing employees' administrative queries
• Providing customer service as the first point of contact

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Fluent in English
• Working phone, internet, laptop, and other necessary tools to perform daily jobs
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, and VoIP
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
