Their clients are primarily in Canada and the U.S., and they currently operate in a remote-first, async environment.

They are looking for a South Africa based Virtual Assistant who can support documentation, formatting, content structuring, and general admin tasks that feed into our playbook development process.
Role Overview
This role supports the creation and maintenance of client playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation. You will take inputs from multiple client stakeholders and transform them into clean, consistent, well-structured content using the company templates and guidelines.
This is an entry-level to mid-level position with a clear growth path into more responsibility as the company expands.
