Role Description

We are seeking skilled, highly motivated Vietnamese Interpreters to join our 100% remote team. Initially focused on OPI, this role offers a clear pathway to advance into VRI. You will be responsible for providing accurate, consecutive interpretation primarily in medical settings, as well as facilitating crucial communication in social services and financial contexts.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation.
• Minimum C1 fluency in English. Valid certifications accepted from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE.
• Must be able to pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation during the hiring process.
• Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology.
• Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.
• Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email.
