Role Description

We are searching for a Colorist that can provide high quality, consistent, expertly color graded content for our cinematic viral videos!

• Perform all of the technical aspects of color correcting and color grading at a high eye-catching appealing level.
• Strong experience with narrative films and grading raw footage without the use of a lookup table.
• Understand color and narrative styles at an expert level to enhance and build suspense and emotion.
• Work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment with occasional evening or weekend work.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team motivated by inspiring a global audience.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience editing and coloring short-form video content with narrative structure.
• High-level experience in color correcting/grading with DaVinci Resolve.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating high quality color correcting/grading editing ability.
• In-depth knowledge of color theory with a strong technical understanding of how color affects narrative film.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment on a wide variety of projects.
• A team player with the ability to learn quickly.
• Skilled in handling quick and consistent output without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• Work with Davinci Resolve to provide high-quality color correction and grading to enhance film quality.
• Color grading in a creative way ensuring color aligns with the team's vision while following branding guidelines.
• Match all shots and provide a cinematic look.
• Offer creative solutions, collaborate closely with the production team, and ensure all final files are complete and organized.
