Role Description

This is a remote role within the United States. US work authorization is required.

As a VDC Manager, you'll lead high-impact BIM and VDC initiatives that drive real-world results, improving project performance, enhancing collaboration, and pushing the boundaries of innovation across complex construction and design projects. What You'll Do

• Lead Complex VDC Projects
  • Manage multiple BIM/VDC projects from kickoff through completion—ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and exceptional client satisfaction.
• Drive BIM + Lean Innovation
  • Integrate Lean principles into BIM workflows to improve efficiency, reduce rework, and elevate project outcomes.
• Own Client Relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients—leading coordination meetings, presenting insights, and delivering solutions that create long-term value.
• Build High-Performance Teams
  • Mentor and guide VDC Engineers and BIM Specialists, establishing best practices and improving team productivity and engagement.
• Advance Technology & Innovation
  • Explore and implement cutting-edge solutions including 4D/5D simulations, point cloud integration, AR/VR, and advanced automation tools.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in BIM/VDC workflows (modeling, coordination, clash detection, etc.)
• Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both internal teams and clients
• A mindset focused on continuous improvement, innovation, and ownership
• Leadership capability to develop teams and drive results in fast-paced environments

Benefits

• The pay for this position is $95,000 – $115,000, and the role is eligible for bonuses.
• Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen).
• Dental and vision insurance. We cover up to 75% of the monthly insurance premiums for VIATechies and up to 50% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plans chosen).
