Role Description

Qualifications

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of healthcare operations, particularly financial and operational complexities.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, financial analytics, or similar environments.
• Outcome-oriented with a focus on financial and operational impact.
• Ability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly.
• Commercially minded with an understanding of customer relationships.
• Product-minded and curious about AI applications.
• A high-ownership operator thriving in fast-moving environments.

Requirements

• Comfortable working hands-on with Excel, SQL, and other analytical tools.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, solving complex problems directly with customers.
