[Hiring] Value Consulting Manager @Nearmap

Role Description

Nearmap is looking for a Value Consulting Manager to help our customers unlock the full business impact of our remote property intelligence platform. In this role, you will work at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and customer engagement:

• Partnering with sales, customer success, and senior customer stakeholders to identify high-impact use cases and translate them into measurable business outcomes.
• Leading value discovery sessions, developing compelling ROI and financial impact models, and delivering executive-level business cases.
• Shaping how organizations understand and realize value from Nearmap’s technology.
• Supporting pre-sales engagements and leading post-sales value realization efforts.
• Quantifying results, driving adoption, and uncovering new opportunities for expansion.
• Playing a key role in scaling value-based selling across the organization.
• Influencing product and go-to-market strategy through insights gained directly from the field.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in consulting roles focused on delivering enterprise value.
• Proven success in driving value-based selling in SaaS or consulting.
• Familiarity with P&C insurance industry preferred.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with C-level stakeholders.
• Background in using Salesforce; Gong experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.

• Experienced in value-based selling or consulting — brings a strong background in helping enterprise customers understand, measure, and realize the value of technology investments.
• Executive communicator — comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders and presenting compelling, data-backed business cases to C-level audiences.
• Customer-centric problem solver — naturally curious and skilled at uncovering customer challenges, identifying high-impact use cases, and aligning solutions to strategic business priorities.
• Cross-functional collaborator — thrives in partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
• Structured and data-driven — experienced in building frameworks, value benchmarks, and repeatable methodologies that scale across teams.
• Industry-aware — familiarity with SaaS environments and ideally the P&C insurance ecosystem, with an understanding of how technology drives operational efficiency and risk management.
• Comfortable in fast-growing environments — excited to build, refine, and scale value consulting practices within a high-growth, globally expanding company.
