Role Description
This role involves managing, maintaining, and updating schedules of US-based medical/healthcare providers going around to each patient's home.
- Account management
- Billing inquiries
- Claims processing
- Denial Management
- Financial Reports
- Payment Posting
- Insurance Verification
- Revenue Cycle management
- Minimal call handling
*Final tasks and KPIs are going to be discussed by the client during the final interview*
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as an end-to-end Medical Biller for a US-based provider/facility remotely or with a BPO company handling US Medical billing accounts
- Understanding of US healthcare terminology
- Strong knowledge of US Healthcare Insurance
- Basic knowledge of CPT (Current Procedural Terminology) and ICD (International Classification of Diseases) codes
- Adherence to HIPAA compliance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Effective time management skills
- Proficiency in Medical Billing Software
- Strong computer skills
- Two (2) main and backup reliable and high-speed internet connection
- Excellent typing skills
- Readily available working equipment that meets minimum technical requirements
Requirements
- Willingness to go through virtual interviews, assessments, and actively participate in a Virtual Free 5-day Client Preparatory Training
- Full-time availability during Graveyard Shift (40 hours a week)
- Availability to work 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday (US Time)
