[Hiring] UKG Organizational Change Manager @ZipStaff

Role Description

ZipStaff is seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to develop and execute a holistic approach to managing organizational change related to the implementation of a new UKG platform for a major academic health system.

• Assess organizational readiness for change and build the OCM strategy and plan.
• Design and oversee the stakeholder engagement approach.
• Create the communication plan and deliverables.
• Develop a role-based training curriculum and program.
• Oversee the transition readiness plan to ensure effective adoption and proficiency with the technology, tools, processes, and procedures.
• Champion the project across campus stakeholder groups.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management for large-scale technology or platform implementations.
• Proven experience applying a structured OCM methodology (Prosci strongly preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute OCM strategies, communication plans, role-based training curricula, and transition readiness plans.
• Experience assessing organizational readiness, managing resistance, and driving adoption across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and strategic thought-partnership skills.
• Ability to work fully remote (California preferred).

Requirements

• Prior experience supporting UKG or similar HCM/workforce platform implementations.
• Background in healthcare, academic health systems, or large campus environments.
• Experience working with Enterprise Program Management Offices (ePMO) and governance committees.
• Hands-on development of training programs and communication deliverables for technology transitions.
