[Hiring] uCMDB Support Engineer @Deutsche Telekom IT Solutions Slovakia

Role Description

Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for uCMDB during business hours (08:00–16:00), with no on-call duty required.

• Support daily application operations and ensure stable service delivery.
• Provide basic support for interfaces and integrations connected to the uCMDB environment.
• Coordinate technical issues, incidents, and requirements with the software vendor.
• Assist in troubleshooting, issue resolution, and operational maintenance activities.

Qualifications

• Experience in uCMDB support and/or application operations.
• Understanding of application support processes and basic integration support.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and effectively coordinate with internal teams and external vendors.
• Language Skills: English or German.

Requirements

• Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM) environments.
• Knowledge of CMDB concepts and configuration management processes.
• Experience working with enterprise applications and support organizations.
