[Hiring] Trial Site Solutions Director @Beacon Biosignals

Role Description

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a Trial Site Solutions Director to develop, build, and scale the Beacon Trial Site Network (TSN). This strategic initiative aims to connect our Clinical Trials business with our Diagnostics business, focusing on high-quality sites for execution excellence.

This Director will serve as the lead and coordinator of all TSN activities:

• Setting the strategic direction of the network
• Growing and communicating with the network
• Designing incentives and recognition to drive membership and engagement
• Maximizing scientific and clinical value from existing relationships
• Directing product and engineering work to support the network at scale

This is a remote position, with a preference for candidates based near Beacon HQ in Boston or another Beacon hub (e.g., New York City). Some travel to sites, sponsors, and internal hubs is expected.

What success looks like

• Strategy and direction: Define the strategic vision and multi-year direction for the TSN.
• Product vision: Set the product vision for TSN-supporting platform capabilities.
• Cross-functional coordination with Product and Engineering: Work with engineering teams to prioritize platform capabilities.
• Enrollment and Recruitment support: Build and oversee a patient recruitment capability.
• Pipeline and study routing: Match potential sponsor and study demand to qualified member sites.
• Commercial terms of membership: Define and own the commercial terms of network membership.
• Institutional and health system relationships: Own relationships at the institutional level.
• Network growth and ownership: Own the roadmap and operating model for the TSN.
• Sourcing and qualification: Direct the sourcing methodology for candidate sites.
• Communication and relationship management: Own the site-facing voice of the TSN.
• Governance and reporting: Establish KPIs and review cadence.
• Sponsor and CRO positioning: Shape how TSN membership is represented to sponsors and CROs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare, clinical trials, diagnostics, or another regulated healthcare environment.
• At least 3 years in a role focused on building, growing, or scaling a network, community, or partner program.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale a structured program or network.
• Strong cross-functional influence skills.
• Comfort working with data to track performance.
• Experience negotiating or structuring commercial terms with institutional partners.
• Familiarity with clinical trial site feasibility and enrollment considerations.
• Familiarity with CRM and project management tools is a plus.
• Experience working with quality or compliance data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward simplicity and scalability.
• Empathy for stakeholders across the network.
