[Hiring] Travel Product & Operations Specialist @Ventura TRAVEL

Role Description

We’re currently looking for a Travel Product and Operations Specialist to join our brand Asiaventura , which curates authentic, immersive, and off-the-beaten-path journeys across the diverse landscapes of Southeast Asia. On a daily basis, you will:

• Coordinate all logistics: accommodations, local guides, transport, and activities
• Build and manage partner relationships: ensuring reliable service and long-term collaboration
• Negotiate contracts: securing high-quality services at competitive rates
• Recruit and manage Tour Captains: finding, onboarding, and supporting TCs
• Develop travel products: researching destinations and improving itineraries
• Provide real-time support: acting as the main contact during tours and solving issues quickly
• Drive regional ownership: proactively identifying improvements and taking responsibility for the region

Qualifications

• Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
• Experience working with service providers in at least one of our destinations
• Tech-savvy and curious about digital tools
• A collaborative spirit and a can-do attitude
• Fluent in English + at least one of the following: Thai or Indonesian
• Willingness to travel

Requirements

• Prior tour operations experience in Thailand, Indonesia or Malaysia
• A background in tourism, hospitality, or travel coordination
• German or French skills are a plus
