• Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, cruises, and vacation packages.
• Help coordinate reservations and confirm travel details.
• Review itineraries for accuracy.
• Provide updates throughout the planning process.
• Maintain organized records using internal systems and digital tools.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently while managing multiple requests. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential to ensuring clients receive a smooth and enjoyable travel planning experience.
