[Hiring] Transformation Manager @Custom Truck One Source

Role Description

Custom Truck One Source is looking for a Transformation Manager to join our growing team. This remote position is responsible for providing quality products to our customers in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

This key position will:

• Provide financial and operational guidance and advise the Vice President, Operations on recommendations that drive improvements in overall financial performance.
• Partner with other members of the organization on strategic initiatives including the annual budget, monthly forecasts, and other key tasks.
• Oversee executive-level management strategic projects for the Operations and Service functions.
• Develop transformational projects to help drive profitable growth throughout Custom Truck One Source.
• Provide thought leadership and insights to key stakeholders through reporting development.
• Develop complex financial and operational modeling and interface with department leaders to deliver insightful and action-oriented analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Finance or Accounting
• MBA preferred
• 5-10 years of relevant work experience
• 1-3 years of reviewing financial statements and/or performance metrics and communicating results to senior management
• Ability to effectively communicate with key stakeholders at various levels within an organization
• Proven track record of working with a wide variety of people to implement business change
• Proficient fluency with data and financial reporting in Excel
• Self-starter with the ability to streamline functions and a passion to learn and grow
• Comfort dealing with ambiguity and ability to work independently
• Experience working with and presenting to senior executives
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Very proficient with Excel formulas, functions, and data organization
• Strong quantitative and analytical competency
• Respect and sensitivity for cultural differences; promote a harassment-free environment
• Ability to manage one's own time and the time of others to meet tight deadlines
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
