• Own the customer's business transformation rather than simply managing software deployment
• Work directly with COOs, CFOs, board members, and other senior executives
• Connect AI capabilities to measurable P&L outcomes
• Turn successful pilots into multi-million-pound enterprise-wide expansions
• Build the transformation function alongside a small, high-ownership team
• Operate as a consultant-in-residence rather than a traditional Customer Success Manager

Qualifications

• Strong background in top-tier strategy or transformation consulting
• Experience from firms such as McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, or comparable organisations
• Engagement Manager-level experience or equivalent ownership
• Significant hands-on transformation experience within FMCG, CPG, or Retail
• Multiple substantial retail or CPG engagements strongly preferred
• Proven ability to own business outcomes rather than simply project delivery
• Experience building rigorous financial and operational business cases
• Strong understanding of P&L drivers
• Ability to quantify revenue growth, margin improvement, cost reduction, and productivity gains
• C-level credibility and executive presence
• Experience presenting to COOs, CFOs, executive committees, or boards
• Strong stakeholder and change-management capability
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
• Strong commercial instincts and authority-based selling approach

• Experience taking a successful pilot into a large enterprise rollout
• Evidence of selling through expertise rather than traditional sales tactics
• Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution
• Experience in startups or other highly ambiguous environments
• Builder mentality and interest in creating a new function from the ground up

Interview Process

• Stage 1: 30-minute Hiring Manager screen
• Stage 2: Approximately 1-hour asynchronous transformation task
• Stage 3: Approximately 2-hour on-site interview in Prague
• Stage 4: Fully compensated 2-day on-site trial in Prague on a real customer engagement
