Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Agile Coach / Jira Administrator to support and enhance an enterprise Agile tooling environment. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert for the Atlassian suite, partnering with Agile teams and stakeholders to optimize Jira and Confluence, deliver scalable solutions, and promote Agile best practices across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Jira Software, Jira Core, Confluence, and Atlassian add-ons
• Create and manage workflows, custom fields, dashboards, reports, permissions, and notification schemes
• Support Agile teams using Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies
• Develop team and program-level metrics and reporting solutions
• Provide user onboarding, training, and ongoing support
• Recommend best practices and improvements across the Agile tooling ecosystem
• Support Atlassian integrations and enterprise-wide adoption

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Jira and Confluence administration experience
• Experience configuring workflows, dashboards, fields, screens, and reports
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and SDLC practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience

Requirements

• Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), RTE, or SPC certification
• EazyBI and/or Tableau experience
• Enterprise Atlassian administration experience
• Agile coaching or Agile transformation experience

Benefits

• Pay Rate: $70.00-60.00/hour
• Schedule: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Work Authorization: Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
