Role Description
We are launching new opportunities for Self Employed Telecom Engineers. This role involves working autonomously and managing your own schedule.
- Manage your resource with a rota pattern aligned to your availability (must commit to days or half days at least 2 weeks in advance)
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems to provide solutions within customers’ homes
- Optimize customers' in-home setup to achieve the best internet speeds and ensure they understand their products, which may include digital TV services
- Pay attention to detail in completing workflows daily to pass correct information back to clients and effectively manage stock
- Take ownership of your day with support from Service Centre agents
Requirements
- Friendly, customer-focused, and eager to resolve connectivity issues
- Interest in broadband, telephony, and digital TV technology and setup
- Team player, working with the wider team and clients daily
- Hardworking and flexible to take on planned and unplanned workloads
