Role Description

• Planning the training schedules discussing with state head and Central Technology Team
• Attend Software Application related reported issues and resolve
• Troubleshooting technical issues and identifying root cause of repeated issues with scenario-based replication and bridging with Central Team for permanent fix
• Installing and configuring hardware and software to run various applications
• Speaking to branches to quickly get to the root of their problems and resolve
• Providing timely and accurate branch feedback with Central Team to address pain point areas to resolve on high priority
• Talking with branches through a series of training programmes and actions to resolve day-to-day challenges at branch level by following SOPs
• Following up with branches to ensure their reported problems are resolved
• Supporting the roll-out of new applications
• Providing support in the form of procedural documentation
• Testing and implementing new technologies across branches

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or information technology
• Prior experience in tech support in similar support function categories or a similar role at NBFC or Bank is advantageous
• Proficiency in Windows / Android various versions
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication
