Role Description

The Technology Implementation Analyst ensures office technology readiness across H&R Block’s U.S. office network by supporting field leadership and guiding execution through Operations Technical Specialists (OTS). This role partners closely with Multi-Regional and Multi-District Operations Managers. They will create and deliver training, manage hardware implementation, and support field escalations. It also collaborates with Corporate IT to stay aligned on upcoming initiatives and communicates key updates to the field. The manager oversees the full lifecycle of hardware distribution, including ordering, shipping, and installation coordination.

Day to day, you'll:

• Partner with Multi-Region and Multi-District Operations Managers to drive office technology readiness through strategic planning, training, operations calls, and field escalation support.
• Develop, document, and deliver training materials for office technology setup, tailored to Multi-District Operations Managers (MDOMs) and Operations Technical Specialists (OTSs), and contribute to the creation of knowledge content addressing known technology issues.
• Train and assist Multi-District Operations Managers to assign, manage, and complete technology cases within the field dispatch ticketing software.
• Collaborate with corporate technology to stay informed on upcoming IT initiatives and develop rollout and communication plans with Multi-Region Operations Managers for nationwide implementation (e.g., router replacements).
• Assist Multi-District Operations Managers in the interview process and technical assessments for Operations Technical Specialist role.
• Analyze case data to identify most common issues.
• Leverage analysis to develop knowledge content that can be communicated to the broader operations team.
• Execute the equipment ordering and delivery to the offices which will require collaboration with the corporate technology team.
• Identify potential process improvement/cost saving opportunities.
• Provide readouts to management on the overall progress to milestones.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree
• 3 years minimum related work experience

Pay Range

The pay range for this position is $62,800.00 - $94,200.00/Yr. Local minimum wage laws apply. This information is posted pursuant to local requirements to provide applicants with information about what they might be eligible to receive. Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
