[Hiring] Technical Support Engineer @BEON.tech

Role Description

We’re looking for a highly technical Technical Support Engineer to help enterprise customers troubleshoot and resolve complex platform, infrastructure, and deployment issues. The project is an AI vision platform running on Kubernetes, used for enterprise video analytics. In this role, you’ll:

• Provide technical support across Kubernetes-based deployments, software, infrastructure, networking, hardware, and configuration issues.
• Work directly with customers during technical discussions and troubleshooting sessions.
• Reproduce customer environments to diagnose issues.
• Manage support tickets and clearly communicate technical findings, workarounds, and resolutions.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams, escalating complex issues and product bugs when needed.

This is a remote, full-time opportunity with compensation of up to $3,000 USD/month.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, preferably in Tier 2 / Tier 3 support.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• At least one relevant Kubernetes or cloud certification, such as CKA, CKAD, CKS, AWS, Azure, or equivalent.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software, infrastructure, networking, and distributed environments.
• Experience working directly with customers in a technical capacity.
• Ability to independently investigate complex technical issues and collaborate with Engineering teams.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
• Hands-on experience with containers, networking, monitoring, and logging tools.
• Background supporting enterprise software products.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Based in LATAM.
