Role Description

As a Technical Support & Deployment Intern , you will:

• Install key software applications on cutting edge VR-headsets and tablets, playing a vital role in the functioning of a medical device that enhances patient care.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting, both onsite and remotely, to ensure a seamless user experience for hospital staff and patients.
• Effectively communicate with nurses and other medical staff, so that your deployment fits into their busy schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of deployments and provide valuable feedback for future software and hardware improvements.
• Be a key player in our team, communicating with a fun and experienced group of changemakers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have recently completed a degree in ICT, Zorgtechnicus, Informatica, ICT & Techniek, Gezondheidszorg Technologie, Medische Informatiekunde or Verpleegkunde with focus/interest in technology.
• Basic understanding of hardware and software installation and troubleshooting.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Requirements

• Love to help solving technical problems for other people.
• Can communicate effectively with medical staff, particularly nurses, and have the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users in a clear and respectful way.
• Comfortable travelling to hospital sites.
