Requirements

• Domain Knowledge:
• Process: Communication Order to Activate process, Service Order Management, Provisioning and Activation
• Products: Enterprise Products - Ethernet (primarily), IPVPN, Wave etc.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Understand Integration aspects and Workflows
• Web Services, Queues, Topics
• XML, JSON
• Understand Integration specification tools like Swagger etc.
• Project Management Methodologies:
• Agile
• Specific knowledge on SAFe is advantageous
• BA / Process Consultant Skills:
• Good Stakeholder management and Elicitation skill
• Managing cross geography teams - With Discovery and grooming
• Tools: Visio, BPM tools
• Able to understand and create Process document and Architecture diagram
