Role Description

This role is hiring remotely across the United States with the option to work in a hybrid forum for candidates in the Seattle area.

• Own and evolve our entire Zendesk ecosystem.
• Expand into broader business systems across the organization.
• Build an enterprise-grade operational technology platform for internal Ops at a $1.3B healthcare marketplace.
• Process hundreds of thousands of shifts annually.
• Utilize AI tooling to automate core agent workflows.
• Own the operational tech foundation starting with the Zendesk ecosystem.
• Prove impact by expanding into broader business systems.
• Must have built a tech ops function from scratch.
• Ability to explain the workings of the system in detail.
