Role Description
This internship role involves supporting sports organizations by assisting our rapidly growing Partner base across the suite of Stack Sports Solutions.
- Assist and educate coaches and team managers attending sponsored events.
- Manage all aspects of customer operations from acquisition to completion.
- Process large quantities of data in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Find ways to improve current operational processes.
- Act as a first escalation point for Partners.
- Collaborate with team members and escalate inquiries through proper channels.
- Communicate updates, fixes, and solutions to Partners via multiple channels.
- Brainstorm new feature releases and products.
- Collect and report common themes with product issues and bugs.
Qualifications
- College graduate or current college student with 0-2 years of professional experience in sales, operations, digital marketing, business development, technology, or customer service.
- Communication/Teamwork - Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Organization - Strong attention to detail and ability to organize events, customers, and clients.
- Advanced computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with SalesForce, G-Suite, ARN, SQL, and/or Google Analytics are pluses.
- Lifelong learner - Interested in learning new things and taking on new opportunities.
- Data Savvy - Ability to track, measure, and use data for business growth.
