[Hiring] Team Lead, Applications @WakeMed Health & Hospitals

Role Description

The Applications Team Leader works in collaboration with the Applications Manager to coordinate and delegate the assignments of the team. This role includes:

• Overseeing the day-to-day functions of the area.
• Conducting employee training sessions.
• Serving as a senior application support analyst.
• Managing and resolving identified issues and risks with the Application Manager.
• Reporting status of task completion to the manager in conjunction with the team.
• Coordinating activities between work streams to integrate work and system design, build, testing, training, and go-live.

The Applications Team Leader requires direct experience, comprehensive knowledge, and skills to guide all the staff in assigned applications. If applicable, maintenance of North Carolina licensure or certification in a related clinical/business discipline is required. If required for the Applications supported, certification in at least 2 applications is required, 3 preferred. If certification is not required, experience in at least 3 applications is required.

Eligible remote states include NC, FL, GA, SC, SD, TN, TX, and VA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or Technology Required.

Requirements

• 5 Years Clinical - Acute Care or Information Technology - Application Support Required.
• 6 Years Direct Position Experience Preferred.
