[Hiring] Systems Technology Specialist @Dungarvin

Role Description

The Remote Systems Technology Specialist helps support and expand the use of remote monitoring, assistive technology, and alternative supervision systems across Dungarvin programs.

• Monitoring remote support and technology systems
• Reviewing reports, alerts, and system information
• Troubleshooting technology concerns and coordinating solutions
• Assisting with equipment installations and system setup
• Communicating with program teams, vendors, and other departments
• Providing training and ongoing support to staff using technology systems
• Helping identify opportunities to improve or expand the use of remote and assistive technology
• Maintaining accurate documentation and following up on technology-related needs

This role may be a great fit for someone who is organized, self-directed, comfortable with technology, and enjoys helping others learn and use new systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot concerns
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

• Experience with assistive technology, remote support systems, alternative overnight supervision, or supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Previous group home experience preferred
• Comfortable with heights to check sensors and camera placement
• Comfortable training others

Requirements

• Pay: $22.00–$22.60/hour, based on experience and qualifications
• Full-time, Monday–Friday
• Flexible schedule between 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., based on program and project needs
• Occasional overtime may be required
