Role Description

Our team is seeking a Structural Building Information Modeling (BIM) Technician for full-time employment. Applicants should be purpose-driven and indicate a strong interest in developing production proficiencies and standards in Revit.

Responsibilities

• Executes the assigned structural modeling tasks
• Develops sheet views of plans, details and notes from the Revit model
• Maintains awareness of the production schedule for responsible task(s)
• Reviews completed tasks at key intervals for accuracy and completeness
• Assists with the development of internal drafting standards, including Revit families
• Assists in communicating with other disciplines and project team members to ensure overall project coordination
• Participates in team and company-wide meetings to discuss project issues, coordination with other disciplines and technical issues

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with Revit required
• Minimum 5 years' experience with concrete, wood, steel and light gauge building structures preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite preferred
• Ability to communicate in a clear, concise and professional manner both verbally and in writing
• Ability to problem-solve and collaborate on innovative solutions
• Ability to work in team environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
• Ability to effectively meet deadlines at expected level of quality

Benefits

• The expected base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000 USD per year
• Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location
