Role Description

In Accenture, within the Strategy & Consulting – Global Network area, we work with leading global clients to design and implement strategies that drive transformation and sustainable growth. As part of our team, you will collaborate on projects that combine innovation, deep analysis, and strategic execution, helping organizations tackle their most complex challenges.

• Participation in consulting projects for global Energy - Oil & Gas clients: business diagnostics strategy assessments and development of transformational programs/initiatives based on digital innovation, energy efficiency and/or Energy Transition ambitions.
• Contribution to the conceptual development and business case of innovative digital solutions aimed at improving the efficiency and carbon footprint of energy operations across the value chain, in conjunction with company Directors, Senior Managers and Managers.
• Internal and external research on industry trends, as part of a global community of Accenture's Energy practice.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree
• Work experience in the Oil and Gas industry, upstream, downstream or services.
• Previous consulting experience in topics related to the position will be highly valuable.
• Certification or specific training in Energy Management or Energy Audits is desirable (e.g. ISO 50.001 or similar)
• Basic skills in data analytics and visualization tools
• Skills or experience designing and/or implementing energy efficiency initiatives within the Oil & Gas or Utilities industries.
• Skills or experience designing and/or implementing digital solutions within the Oil & Gas or Utilities industries.
• Skills/experience in Digital Transformation / Innovation / Design Thinking / Agile / New technologies
• Advanced level of English (mandatory)
• Availability to travel (eventual)
• Excellent interpersonal and team skills.
