[Hiring] Strategy & Client Success Associate @Billion Loops

Role Description

We're looking for a Strategy & Client Success Associate who can think clearly, communicate exceptionally well and help turn ambiguous client problems into focused actions. This is a high-ownership role at the centre of the business. You'll work closely with the founding team and help connect clients, strategy, creative and growth.

You'll help us understand what clients are trying to achieve, turn that into clear briefs and plans, coordinate execution, communicate progress and make sure every project keeps moving. You'll be exposed to strategy, brand, creative, marketing, performance, research and AI — and you'll learn how all of these pieces work together. This is not a traditional account-management role.

We want someone who can ask:

What you'll do:

• Work with clients to understand their goals, challenges and opportunities.
• Prepare briefs, meeting notes, action plans and project documentation.
• Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs.
• Coordinate with creative, growth, media and other teams to keep projects moving.
• Track timelines, deliverables, dependencies and follow-ups.
• Prepare client presentations, reports and strategic documents.
• Conduct research on markets, competitors, audiences, categories and cultural trends.
• Support strategy development and campaign planning.
• Review campaign and project performance and identify useful insights.
• Help turn insights into recommendations and next actions.
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a reliable point of contact.
• Use AI and automation to improve research, documentation, reporting and day-to-day workflows.
• Capture learnings from projects so they can improve future work.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in strategy, consulting, account management, client success, marketing, research or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, especially written communication.
• Excellent organisation and follow-through.
• Ability to break ambiguous problems into clear next steps.
• Strong curiosity about brands, consumers, culture, technology and business.
• Comfortable speaking with clients and collaborating with different types of people.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
• A proactive mindset — you don't wait to be told every next step.

Requirements

• Experience at a startup, agency, consulting firm or high-growth company.
• Experience working on marketing or brand projects.
• Experience creating presentations or strategic documents.
• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, spreadsheets or project-management tools.
• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, writing or workflow automation.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media, content or performance marketing.
