[Hiring] Staff Survivability/Operations Analysis Engineer @Archer

Role Description

This role involves being a member of the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization and will be part of the team to incubate, market, capture, and execute advanced programs applied to our Archer Defense portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years’ experience in the aerospace or related field
• Minimum BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math; MS or PhD desired
• Experience with design, analysis, fabrication, and test of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics); ASE, and mission systems
• Operations Analysis to include numerous modeling and simulation environments such as AFSIM and knowledge of domestic and international threat systems
• Experience leading and working across all engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines
• Must be US citizens and possess or can obtain a DoD security clearance
• Knowledge of RF, EW/EA, EOIR, acoustic, mission systems, sensors, communications, dynamic and propulsion (electric, hybrid, and gas turbine) systems, CAD, python, MATLAB

• Model Based Systems Engineering, SysML, DoDAF (Bonus Qualifications)
