Role Description
We are seeking a Sports Travel Coordinator to join our dynamic team, facilitating sports-related activities and assisting clients in attending various sports events. This role involves:
- Email communication with clients and vendors
- Direct vendor contact
- Booking tickets for clients to diverse sports events
Key Responsibilities

Sports Event Booking:
- Liaise with clients to understand their sports event preferences and requirements.
- Research and book tickets to a wide range of sports events, including games, matches, and tournaments.

Vendor Communication:
- Establish and maintain direct contact with ticket vendors and sports event organizers.
- Negotiate ticket prices, group discounts, and special packages on behalf of clients.

Client Relations:
- Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns.
- Keep clients informed about event details, ticket availability, and any changes.

Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of client bookings, payments, and preferences.
- Assist in the preparation of invoices and receipts for clients.

Training and Development:
- Participate in training sessions to become knowledgeable about various sports events and ticketing processes.
- Stay updated on sports event schedules, venues, and seating arrangements.

Email Communication:
- Use email as the primary mode of communication to correspond with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Send event confirmations, itineraries, and updates to clients.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Authorized to work in the USA, Australia, Mexico, or Colombia.
- Access to reliable Wi-Fi.
- Possession of a smartphone or computer for communication and administrative tasks.
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Passion for sports and an understanding of various sports events.
