Role Description

The Spare Parts Coordinator / Interpreter strengthens the critical foundation of commercial hospitality through technical expertise that supports accurate parts identification, efficient supply coordination, and dependable equipment performance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in spare parts coordination or technical product interpretation
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
• Strong attention to detail

Requirements

• Handle spare parts inquiries and identify the correct components using technical diagrams
• Coordinate supplier orders and track estimated arrival times (ETAs)
• Update SAP with accurate spare parts information and pricing
• Process warranty parts accurately
