Role Description

As a Search Quality Rater, you aren't just clicking buttons—you are the human intelligence that trains AI to be more helpful, relevant, and intuitive for users across Spain.

• Act as the cultural bridge between Spanish users and search technology
• Ensure that every result is meaningful, high-quality, and perfectly aligned with user needs
• Use your "intuition" to determine if a search result satisfies a user’s query
• Provide subjective and objective ratings for websites and ads based on specific project rules
• Help refine AI algorithms by identifying unhelpful or culturally irrelevant search results

Qualifications

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish (Spain)
• Strong command of English
• Web-savvy with the ability to navigate complex guidelines and online research tools
• Deep understanding of current events, social trends, and cultural nuances in Spain
• VAT registered (CIF/NIF) with appropriate tax information to facilitate payments

Requirements

• Must be currently living in Spain
• Flexible working hours (Minimum 10 hours, up to 20 hours per week)
• Rate: $14/hour
• Employment Type: Freelance / Independent Contractor
