[Hiring] Solutions Experience Architect @Zscaler

Role Description

We are looking for a Solutions Experience Architect to join our team. This is a fully remote role, reporting to the Manager, Hands-On Solutions within the Hands-On Solutions department.

As a Solutions Experience Architect at Zscaler, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and optimizing our demo and lab environments. You will collaborate closely with various teams within Zscaler to ensure they have the tools and resources necessary to effectively enable our customers and partners. Your experience with automation and infrastructure management will be essential in building and maintaining these environments.

What you’ll do (Role Expectations)

• Assist with administration of Zscaler Products & features in the demo environment - referred to as the Solutions Demo Center (SDC)
• Administer 3rd party applications in the demo environment (maintain, update, etc)
• Provide support for various demo and lab environments via email and enterprise messaging, escalating when necessary
• Help to create and maintain demo environment documentation
• Assist with/participate in the New Product Initiative process, and the onboarding of new products and features into the demo environment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, especially when explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements
• Experience in creating and managing demo or lab environments is preferred but not mandatory

Requirements

• Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., Docker, VMWare) and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Ansible, Jenkins, GitLab)
• Experience with networking and cybersecurity products and an interest in learning more
