Role Description

We are seeking a Solutions Consultant – Logistics to join our team in a remote capacity in Latin America. As a Solutions Consultant – Logistics, you will be a recognized professional in clinical supplies, ancillary supplies and/or laboratory logistics, with experience supporting the design, operational conduct, and successful delivery of global clinical trial logistics solutions. You will join a highly collaborative, growth-oriented environment where strategic insight, commercial awareness, and solution design directly influence business opportunities.

Your work will span the pre-sales and post-sales lifecycle, including:

• Understanding client requirements and developing competitive solutions.
• Supporting effective transition to operational teams.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen or expand solutions for existing clients.

This role offers the opportunity to deepen your clinical trial logistics expertise, strengthen client partnerships, and contribute to industry-leading solutions across Parexel.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Multiple years of experience in the life sciences industry.
• Clinical trial logistics expertise, with experience in clinical supplies, ancillary supplies and/or laboratory logistics.
• Experience in strategic drug development planning or significant involvement in planning clinical, technical, operational, or logistics strategies.
• Experience designing, operationalizing, and successfully delivering solutions globally.
• Experience collaborating across operational and commercial teams to develop client-focused solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to develop operational and technical strategies, risk assessments, scenario plans, and business solutions.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
