Role Description
The Solution Analyst for the customer transformation program is key in the successful execution of the program's objectives.
- Thorough analysis of technical requirements across various Workstreams
- Translating requirements into detailed functional specifications
- Facilitating the integration and configuration of systems for effective implementation
- Helping businesses identify and implement technology solutions to improve customer service
- Working with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements
- Developing solutions that meet business needs
- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring they are clearly defined and documented.
- Solution Design: Develop comprehensive solution designs that align with business objectives, leveraging different technologies.
- Implementation Management: Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Integration: Ensure seamless system integration, addressing any technical challenges that may arise.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of solution designs, implementation plans, and testing results.
- Training and Support: Provide support for training and support activities to end-users.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all solutions comply with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Experience working with Salesforce or Vistex
Requirements
- Ability to work remotely in the EU time zone
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Benefits
- 2-year contract with extensions
- Rate: 21/hr US Dollars
