Role Description

• Build and deploy AIC computers located at Rahway and West Point sites (on-site support) and remote support for other sites.
• Complete validation or qualification (IQ/OQ) documentation for review and approval.
• Complete comprehensive checklist / test script.
• Resolution of AIC build-related issues.
• Interact with project core and extended teams, attending meetings as necessary.

Qualifications

• 2+ year experience in the use or supporting of chromatography data systems and instrumentation in a regulated environment.
• Preferred experience in the use or support of Agilent OpenLAB CDS 2.x chromatography system and instruments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to mediate between technical teams and business end users.
• Ability to travel to Rahway and West Point, as necessary, for on-site efforts.
• Previous experience using JIRA, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow are a plus.
